How to bring some FUN to your desktop! The tweezza sits on your desktop, barely bigger than a normal icon. When you’re ready to tweet or you hear the dinner bell that means a tweet has arrived, just click on the tweezza! It’s as easy as that!!
The tweezza zooms up in a tomatoey swirl (and you can rotate it whenever you want) …
… and you’ll see your latest tweets!
Now you can see there are different parts to the tweezza.
Let’s start at the top and work down.
The smaller slices of sausage are pepperoni, where the twitterers you follow show up. The big sausage slices are “The Big Salami”, where you keep your favourite tweeters or your celebrities! Tweet pepperonis show up in clusters when they’re from the same person or there’s a conversation between twitterers.
Now, see the onion rings? Well they’re where the 12seconds videos pop up if you want then, or your favourites or your searches or whatever you like. Floating in the sauce are the latest trends in hashtagged twitter words.
… and the olives are the control buttons.
To see a tweet, just click on the twitterer’s avatar…
with the little forkie icon…
To tweet a new tweet, just look for a mushroom, click it and it’ll zoom into the centre of your screen, ready for you tweet…
… type into the box and watch for the green spot that will go red as soon as you go over 140 characters! Tweezza includes all now standard twittering functionalities, including twitpic access, shortening, url shortening, translations and some surprises we’re still working on (look for the relevant olives!)
If you’ve read everything and want a clean slate, just press the “Sauce” button (one of the olives) and you’ll get a clean slate of tomato sauce (plus the odd mushroom and olive) ready for more tweets.
When you’re ready to put the tweezza away just double click on the crust and it’ll flip back to the desktop.
Just think of all the extra fun the tweezza will bring to your tweeting experience! It’ll make you giggle EVERY DAY!
